Ingredients:
- 5 red peppers
- 600 g beef
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- salt, black pepper, seasoning
For sauce:
- spring onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 400 ml single cream
- 150 g tomato sauce
- salt, black pepper
Method:
Prepare meat filling. Chop meat, onion, and garlic. Ground all ingredients with a blender. Add egg, salt, pepper, and any seasoning you prefer.
2. Cut the tops of each pepper with a small knife and remove the seeds.
3. Fill each pepper with meat filling and put it into the big pot.
4. Prepare sauce. Finely chop spring onion and garlic. Sauté for about two minutes.
5. Add single cream, tomato sauce, and salt. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes.
6. Pour the sauce into the pot with stuffed peppers, bring to a boil. Then cover the pot with a lid and simmer for about 40 minutes over medium heat.
