This is an easy, no-bake, and quick tiramisu recipe without alcohol and raw eggs.
Ingredients for 17cm cake ring:
200 g savoiardi (sponge fingers)
180 g Philadelphia
250 g mascarpone
200 ml double cream
70 g sugar
Cup of espresso
Method:
Prepare espresso (instant coffee is fine as well), let it cool.
Whisk double cream until soft peaks. Add philadelphia, mascarpone, sugar and mix until smooth.
3. Take a cake ring, put it onto the cake drum and make a first cream layer.
4. Meanwhile, dip in sponge fingers (a few at a time) into espresso. Turning them for
a few seconds until they are soaked, but not soggy. Put them onto the cream layer.
5. Repeat each step until ingredients are running out.
6. Put tiramisu into the fridge for a couple of hours. Then remove the cake ring and
sift cocoa powder on the top.
