Ingredients for 20 cm cake tin:
- 180 g sugar
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 100 ml veg oil
- 75 ml water
- 4 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 5 g baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Method:
In a saucepan, combine 90 g of sugar, cocoa powder, veg oil, and water. Put the saucepan on the stove, stir the mixture until smooth, and bring to the boil. Then turn off the stove.

5. With the mixer on low speed, add the flour spoon by spoon. Mix until smooth. Or use a silicone spatula instead of mixer to combine egg mixture with a flour.
6. Pour the batter into prepared (lined with baking paper) 20 cm cake tin, bake around 30-35 mins, 170 C.
